Tower Hill is ACA accredited.
ACA accreditation is the best evidence of a camp's commitment to a standard of care with prudence. Educates camp owners and directors in the administration of key aspects of camp operation, program quality, and the health and safety of campers and staff.
Tower Hill Staff members are American Red Cross Life Guard Certified as well as numerous HUG Camp staff.
Tower Hill Staff is American Red Cross CPR Certified as well as numerous HUG Camp Staff.
There is a trained medical person on staff at camp full time every summer in accordance to Michigan state law. They administer medication and are equipped to hand minor first aid. On the rare occasion that a severe situation were to arise, it would be handled at a local emergency medical center or hospital. Parents or guardians would be immediately notified by the HUG Camp Director or the Tower Hill Camp Director.
